Young Adults Group at Christ Episcopal Church

Young Parents, Couples, Singles… If you are a young adult, ages 18-35, and would like a group that talks about politics, saints & sinners, bible study, movies, and theology, then plan to join us on Mondays, at 7PM in the 2nd floor Lounge for the start of a weekly gathering of spiritual seekers. We guarantee good munchies, good topics, and good company. Come to the NE 47th Street side of the building for entry.  Look for the new Christ Church Young Adults group on Facebook. Questions? The Rev. Mary MacKenzie

The Rev. Mary MacKenzie is our assistant priest and young adult missioner. Mary is a graduate of the University of Washington with an undergraduate degree in environmental engineering and a master's degree in water resources engineering. Her master's of divinity degree is from Seabury-Western Theological Seminary (Class of 2005). She was ordained a deacon in 2005, and to the priesthood in 2006. She is married and has two children - a daughter who just graduated from college and a son who is finishing high school.  

Activities

The Young Adult Group meets at 7 PM in the upstairs lounge on the NE 47th St. side of the building. The evening includes dinner, conversation, and program. Come to the glass doors on NE 47th for entry.

March 12th: Save the Date for “contemPLATE with Greg.” Friday, March 12th, 6:30-8:30 PM at Christ Church in the Undercroft. Bring your questions, comments, and ideas for dinner and conversation with Bishop Greg Rickel and Young Adults from the area. Spaghetti & meatballs. Parents may bring their children.
