SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 2012

Adult Education Hour ~ Join us at 9:10 AM in Wilson Hall for a new series on the Church & Disabilities.  Daniel Burkhalter will lead the discussion this Sunday.  Refreshments will be available.

The Contemplative Community will not be meeting this Sunday due to the retreat they are holding at the Priory Spirituality Center in Lacey on Fri/Sat. 

Concert Spirituel at Christ Church ~ 
  • Tuesday, Feb. 14:  Broken Consort ~  Exquisite works from 1500 through 1650 on instruments rarely heard today.  
  • Sat.., March 3: The Bach Family ~ The music of Johann Sebastian and sons will be represented in this performance with Jan Weinhold (harpsichord) from Luebeck, Germany.
  • Sun., March 11: Rescheduled ~Louis XIV: The Sun King's Music ~ Several unpublished late 17th-century manuscripts from the Library of Congress and the Bibliotheque Nationale in Paris will be featured.
All performances will be at 7:30 PM at Christ Church. Suggested donation (a free-will offering towards expenses): $15 or $20, youth 18 and under always free.
